Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
  • prior experience in food and beverage with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferably in a similar environment
  • strong motivational and developmental skills
  • efficiency in team environments
  • possess or able to obtain necessary licenses or active work cards
  • applicants must be at least 21 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Fluent communication, reading, and writing skills in English
  • prior experience in food and beverage operations
  • minimum two years supervisory experience preferably in high-volume fine dining or luxury resort setting
  • strong team leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensing or work cards
  • age of 21 years or above
  • ability to speak a second language is a plus

Job Duties

  • Operate restaurant outlets efficiently within cost controls
  • manage staffing including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring
  • maintain compliance with health department standards
  • ensure customer satisfaction through Wynn Las Vegas service standards
  • uphold outlet operational standards consistently
  • motivate and develop restaurant staff
  • coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences
