Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant management or supervision
ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent
ability to lead and motivate a team
strong organizational and multitasking skills
flexibility to work day and night shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to relocate to East Boston MA

Job Qualifications

Experience in restaurant supervision preferred
proficient in purchasing sanitation and other restaurant functions
ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent
strong communication and leadership skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team
flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Lead and develop team members ensuring guest satisfaction
uphold food service and cleanliness standards
manage daily operations including food preparation inventory and safety
support training programs and enhance staff morale
handle cash-out procedures and POS training
ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
open and close the restaurant as needed
