The Fine Dining Restaurant Manager role at Wynn Las Vegas is a dynamic and pivotal position responsible for the overall operational success and management of an upscale dining venue within the resort. This position calls for a seasoned professional with experience in managing high-volume, luxury food and beverage operations, preferably within a resort or similar environment. The manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that efficiency, profitability, and high standards of customer service are consistently achieved. They will work closely with kitchen and service staff to develop innovative menu offerings and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

In addition to operational management, the role requires leadership and human resource responsibilities, including staffing, scheduling, training, and employee engagement. Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in food & beverage
  • Minimum of two (2) years of management experience
  • Ability to communicate, read and write in English fluently and professionally
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or work cards
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or above
  • Flexibility to work various shifts
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills
