This job opportunity is for a daytime restaurant management role that offers a refreshing schedule focused solely on day shifts without night, open, or closing shifts. As a manager at Turning Point, you will oversee all flash operations during a single shift, providing hands-on leadership alongside front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You’ll be responsible for managing inventory, maintaining transparency on the restaurant’s financial performance, and helping to cultivate an equitable workplace. Our management training program ensures that new hires are fully prepared and supported through weekly and biweekly interactions with experienced leaders and HR professionals, fostering continuous learning and mutual respect.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses, with 13 bonus payments annually. The benefits package is comprehensive, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and other incentives such as free or discounted meals for both managers and their families. Job Requirements
- Ability to work day shifts only
- availability to work on holidays and weekends

Job Qualifications
- Prior restaurant experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Daily management of one shift
- no close or open shifts for managers
- work alongside front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- conduct one full inventory for each period
