The role of Daytime Restaurant Manager at Turning Point involves managing a single shift, which allows you to regain your personal time with no open or close shifts required, no double shifts, and focused daytime operations. This position provides a hands-on management experience where you will lead both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction. As a manager, you will conduct inventories, maintain full transparency on financial performance for performance-based compensation, and utilize fully implemented technological solutions that streamline daily tasks. Your leadership will be supported with ongoing training, communication, and collaboration from upper management and HR, creating a thriving and encouraging work atmosphere.
