The Restaurant Manager role at Quality Brand Group is vital for the smooth and efficient operation of each Dunkin' store under its management. This position is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, development, and management of store team members, ensuring operational standards of quality service and cleanliness are met consistently. The Restaurant Manager steward the store's profitability, assisting with sales and expense goals, and is accountable for the full profit and loss (P&L) statement of the store as though they were the owner. The role requires strong leadership skills, as the Restaurant Manager must motivate and guide the team, including Shift Leaders and Assistant Managers, delivering excellent guest experiences every day. This position is also hands-on during shifts, managing both people and processes directly to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with food safety standards, cost control, staff training, scheduling, purchasing, and facility maintenance.

Ideal candidates will possess experience in the food service industry and hold certifications such as Food Safety and Serve Safe. The role demands a high level of energy, motivation, and the ability to work independently while being engaged with both employee and customer needs. Physical demands include the ability to lift between 30 to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical motions. The position offers a salary range of $56,485 to $60,000 annually, with salary dependent on experience and qualifications, and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
