Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a restaurant environment preferred
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
  • commitment to teamwork and positive work culture
  • basic computer skills for utilizing restaurant systems
