Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous management experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and leadership skills
- basic math skills for handling business operations
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- drive guest engagement within the four walls of the restaurant while developing relationships within the community
- understand and practice safe food handling procedures
- communicate and embody Chili's culture and cultural beliefs: every guest counts, food perfection, be accountable, play restaurant
