Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry
- 6 months to 1 year management experience
- strong communication skills
- ability to schedule, forecast, and budget department
- knowledge of wine and fine foods preferred
- food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
- proficient in English
- ability to work effectively in a team
- commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards

- six months to one year in a management position

- some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
- read, write and speak English

Job Duties
- lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant
- create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests
- develop and train a team fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
- implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests
- monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
- ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements
