Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • 6 months to 1 year management experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to schedule, forecast, and budget department
  • knowledge of wine and fine foods preferred
  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable
  • proficient in English
  • ability to work effectively in a team
  • commitment to uphold safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • six months to one year in a management position
  • ability to schedule, forecast, and budget department
  • some wine and fine food knowledge helpful
  • read, write and speak English
  • ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members
  • food/beverage service worker permit where applicable

Job Duties

  • lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant
  • create a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests
  • develop and train a team fostering a positive and collaborative environment
  • monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests
  • monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
  • ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • stay updated with industry trends and recommend menu enhancements
