This full-time leadership position offers a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with additional bonus opportunities, reflecting your skills, experience, and dedication to excellence. In this role, you will lead daily restaurant operations, inspiring your team and ensuring efficient and friendly service for every guest. You will be actively involved in managing inventory, scheduling, and controlling costs to keep the business running smoothly. Your leadership will be pivotal in recruiting, training, and developing team members, nurturing a positive and productive work environment.You will also be responsible for upholding cleanliness and safety standards to comply with health regulations, which is critical in delivering a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues promptly will be essential to uphold the brand's reputation. Your role will include supporting operational excellence through detailed tasks such as line checks and paperwork accuracy. Additionally, you will lead by example by stepping in wherever needed—whether it's cooking, bartending, or greeting guests—to keep the restaurant running efficiently. Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • driver's license
  • Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications a plus
