Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum three years food and beverage management experience including two years in fine dining
  • at least 21 years of age
  • ability to pass background and drug screening
  • must obtain and maintain New Mexico Alcohol Server's License
  • must complete New Mexico Food Handlers course
  • must be able to handle physical demands of the job including standing walking lifting up to 25 pounds and working in moderate exposure to environmental elements
  • punctual and regular attendance required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • three years of food and beverage management experience with at least two years in fine dining
  • experience supervising hospitality staff
  • knowledge of fine dining operations and beverage varieties
  • proficiency with point-of-sale and Windows-based systems
  • excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
  • strong budget and cost control experience
  • knowledge of health safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to plan and coordinate special events
  • ability to mentor and develop teams

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of guest experience ensuring luxury and seamless service
  • uphold brand standards and implement service protocols
  • address guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • recruit train and mentor service staff
  • manage scheduling and staffing for peak periods and special events
  • conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
  • oversee daily operations including service flow and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • manage budgets expenses and revenue goals
  • track and analyze sales and implement profitability strategies
  • oversee inventory control and coordination with purchasing
  • plan and execute special events and VIP services
  • maintain venue ambiance and collaborate with maintenance and IT
  • communicate effectively with other venue managers and departments
  • perform additional job-related duties as assigned
  • ensure punctual and regular attendance
