Job Requirements

  • High school diploma GED certification or equivalent
  • Three years food and beverage management experience including two years in fine dining restaurant with full bar wine list and three years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
  • Must obtain and maintain a New Mexico Alcohol Server's License upon hire
  • Must successfully complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire
  • Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening
  • Ability to perform moderate physical activity including standing and walking over four hours per day
  • Ability to handle average-weight objects up to 25 pounds
  • Must follow basic safety precautions related to job hazards
  • Punctual and regular attendance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years food and beverage management experience including two years fine dining with full bar and wine list
  • Three years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of fine dining operations food beverage service standards industry trends guest expectations
  • Knowledgeable in wine spirits beers non-alcoholic beverages including varietals production methods flavor profiles pairing
  • Proficient with Windows based computers software and computerized point of sale systems
  • Excellent verbal written communication skills

  • Strong organizational attention to detail and coaching skills

  • Safety sanitation knowledge

Job Duties

  • Oversee all aspects of guest experience ensuring a luxurious memorable seamless experience
  • Uphold brand standards implementing service protocols to maintain high guest satisfaction
  • Address guest concerns promptly professionally to enhance retention
  • Recruit train and mentor service staff including servers bartenders bussers hosts supervisors
  • Create positive work environment focusing on teamwork training and growth opportunities
  • Manage scheduling shift assignments ensuring adequate staffing for peak periods events VIP reservations
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback implement improvement plans
  • Oversee daily operations including setup service breakdown
  • Manage flow of service collaborating with culinary staff maintaining efficiency during peak hours events
  • Manage accurate reservations allocation and satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with health safety sanitation regulations and company policies
  • Observe safety hygiene practices hold staff accountable for responsible alcohol service
  • Manage budgets expenses revenue goals labor and operational costs
  • Track analyze sales food beverage costs profit margins implement profitability strategies
  • Oversee inventory control ordering stock levels avoiding shortages or overstocking
