Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in restaurant supervision or related field
  • ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent credential
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage cash and operate POS systems
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant supervision preferred
  • Proficient in purchasing, sanitation, and other restaurant functions
  • ServSafe Food Manager's Certification or equivalent
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop team members, ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Uphold food, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage daily operations including food preparation, inventory, and safety protocols
  • Support training programs and enhance staff morale
  • Handle cash-out procedures and provide POS training
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
  • Open and close the restaurant as needed
