Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous restaurant experience required
- management experience preferred
- successful completion of corporate training program required
- strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- strong business acumen and financial management skills
- outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Title 4 Manager Certification
- must have valid Food Handlers Certification
- must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
- must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Hire and train restaurant staff
- organize and oversee staff schedules
- conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy
- foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- set performance goals and provide guidance and support
- conduct regular staff meetings
- oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to company policies
- monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resources
- implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- evaluate and improve operational processes
- ensure a welcoming dining experience and address guest concerns
- engage with guests and collect feedback
- maintain a visible presence to foster customer rapport
- collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets and financial management
- monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
- drive sales and achieve financial targets
- conduct menu tastings
- monitor food and beverage quality
- handle customer complaints diplomatically
- ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
- manage inventory and purchasing
- conduct daily inspections for compliance
- schedule equipment repairs and maintenance
- collaborate with chefs on menus
- maintain sales records and cash receipts
- prepare and submit operations reports
- perform other assigned duties
