Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant experience required
management experience preferred
successful completion of corporate training program required
strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar management
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
exceptional organizational and time management abilities
strong business acumen and financial management skills
outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
knowledge of health and safety regulations
Title 4 Manager Certification
must have valid Food Handlers Certification
must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Hire and train restaurant staff
organize and oversee staff schedules
conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with restaurant policy
foster a positive and collaborative work environment
set performance goals and provide guidance and support
conduct regular staff meetings
oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to company policies
monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize resources
implement and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
evaluate and improve operational processes
ensure a welcoming dining experience and address guest concerns
engage with guests and collect feedback
maintain a visible presence to foster customer rapport
collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets and financial management
monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
drive sales and achieve financial targets
conduct menu tastings
monitor food and beverage quality
handle customer complaints diplomatically
ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations
manage inventory and purchasing
conduct daily inspections for compliance
schedule equipment repairs and maintenance
collaborate with chefs on menus
maintain sales records and cash receipts
prepare and submit operations reports
perform other assigned duties
