Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience
  • management experience preferred
  • completion of corporate training program
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
  • ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
  • ability to stand and work in a kitchen for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • ability to work late nights and unpredictable hours
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous restaurant experience required
  • management experience preferred
  • successful completion of corporate training program
  • strong knowledge of restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • strong business acumen and financial management skills
  • outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Title 4 Manager Certification
  • valid Food Handlers Certification

  • proficiency with Aloha POS, Hot Schedule, Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, Restaurant 365, and Plate IQ

Job Duties

  • develop and manage budgets with the Regional Manager

  • monitor food and beverage quality and presentation
  • ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints
  • comply with alcoholic beverage regulations
  • manage inventory and purchases
