Job Qualifications

  • experience with Hot Schedule
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • knowledge of Paylocity HR and payroll systems
  • experience with Restaurant 365 inventory management
  • familiarity with Plate IQ invoicing and payments

Job Duties

  • Hire and train restaurant staff
  • organize and oversee staff schedules
  • conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
  • handle discipline and termination in accordance with policy
  • foster a positive and collaborative work environment
  • set performance goals and provide guidance
  • conduct regular staff meetings
  • oversee daily operations for seamless service
  • monitor inventory and control costs
  • maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
  • evaluate and improve operational processes
  • ensure welcoming dining experience
  • address guest concerns promptly
  • interact with guests for feedback
  • maintain visible presence and engage with customers
  • collaborate with Regional Manager on budgets and financial management
  • monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions
  • implement sales strategies
  • conduct menu tastings
  • monitor food and beverage presentation and quality
  • handle customer complaints diplomatically
  • ensure compliance with alcohol regulations
  • manage inventory and purchases
  • inspect restaurant and equipment for safety compliance
  • schedule equipment maintenance
  • collaborate with chefs on menus
  • maintain sales records
  • prepare and submit operations reports
  • perform other assigned duties
