The role of Team Leader (Manager Trainee) is a pivotal position within the restaurant chain, responsible for supervising and motivating the restaurant team to achieve organizational goals and increase sales. Working under shift-based hours with eight days off per month, the Team Leader will undergo training to prepare for assignments in any of the chain’s major locations based on experience and ability. The job offers a competitive salary averaging between $5,500 and $8,400 per month including tips, depending on the candidate's level of experience.

- minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience

- computer literate
- strong organizational skills to give the team direction
- current food handler’s card and other certification as required by federal state local law
- ramen preparation and Japanese restaurant experience are a plus
