Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years of management experience in food and beverage
- Ability to communicate, read, and write fluently in English
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary work licenses or permits
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury resort environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food and beverage
- Minimum of two years of management experience, preferably in a high-volume luxury resort setting
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in English fluently and professionally
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any required licensing or active work cards
- Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Manage overall restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health department standards and food safety regulations
- Create and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience
- Oversee inventory management and cost control to ensure financial targets are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop and update menu items
- Resolve guest issues and address concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
- Conduct departmental pre-shift meetings to keep team members informed of pertinent information
- Supervise and support a team of food and beverage personnel including hiring, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, and employee engagement
- Train and monitor employees to ensure adherence to the Wynn service standards for all staff
- Perform other job duties as assigned
