The Manager role at La Bella on Rush and Altezza is a pivotal leadership position that requires dedication to operational excellence and team development. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Manager will oversee daily front-of-house restaurant operations across both venues. This role demands an experienced and motivated individual who can maintain high service standards, support staff performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences consistently. The Manager will be instrumental in fostering a positive team culture, enhancing operational efficiency, and adhering to company policies, health regulations, and safety procedures. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, labor management, inventory control, conflict resolution, onboarding, training, and serving as Manager on Duty during service periods. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in staff scheduling and labor management
  • Ability to maintain operational standards in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Preferred certifications in health, sanitation, and alcohol awareness

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with staff scheduling, labor management, inventory controls, and daily operational oversight
  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management systems
  • Health/sanitation and alcohol awareness certifications preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Hospitality or restaurant industry experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead and support daily front-of-house operations
