With a focus on developing top-tier leadership and fostering career growth from within, Hillstone offers a dynamic and rewarding workplace for hospitality professionals passionate about elevating guest experiences. The company emphasizes community, innovation, and operational excellence, creating a unique culture where employees are empowered to thrive and grow their careers. As part of an expanding network of well-regarded restaurants across the country, Hillstone provides numerous opportunities for advancement and relocation, supporting a diverse and inclusive workforce dedicated to excellence in hospitality.

The Hillstone Management Team is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their leadership ranks as General Managers. This full-time role begins with an intensive 8-week self-directed training program designed to equip new managers with comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of restaurant operations, from front-of-house dining service to kitchen management. Trainees receive hands-on mentorship from experienced staff and management, ensuring they are fully prepared to lead teams and maintain the highest operational standards.

After completing training, General Managers are responsible for a broad range of leadership duties that include leading, training, and mentoring staff to ensure a high-performance team culture. They oversee inventory management to drive operational efficiency and contribute to hiring and developing team members to strengthen the workforce. Daily operational support, maintaining impeccable service standards, and engaging directly with guests to deliver memorable dining experiences are crucial facets of the role. General Managers also collaborate closely with other management team members to ensure restaurant success, profitability, and alignment with company goals.

Hillstone offers a competitive starting salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 based on experience, coupled with performance-based incentives that enable many General Managers to earn over $200,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits include paid vacation and medical coverage, supporting employees' well-being and work-life balance. Nationwide opportunities exist with necessary relocation flexibility; placement depends on individual skillsets and preferences and is determined during the hiring process. Potential locations span major metropolitan areas and vibrant communities, providing an exciting scope for career advancement.

Hillstone values motivated professionals with a keen eye for detail, a passion for relationship building, and a drive for delivering service excellence.
