The role of Restaurant Manager at Texas Roadhouse is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing both Front of House and Back of House operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar establishment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Basic computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
  • Review applications interview and hire or recommend hiring hourly employees
  • Direct work for employees including setting hours weekly schedules and assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
  • Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
  • Provide direct and schedule Front of House and Back of House training
  • Supervise and oversee production and preparation of food consistent with recipes and procedures
  • Conduct formal line Taste and Temps
  • Enforce security measures to maintain safety of employees and guests
  • Manage food supplies and liquor costs through weekly inventory
  • Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
  • Create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and operational goals
