In this leadership capacity, you will bring our unique culture to life by maintaining a positive attitude, setting clear expectations, and fostering open communication throughout the restaurant. Your role will be vital in driving a performance-oriented culture, utilizing well-established systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution daily. This involves collaborating across departments, managing budgets, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The position also emphasizes work-life balance, offering reasonable schedules such as one weekend off per month, and a dynamic work environment fostering growth and long-term career development.

Joining Team LongHorn means you are part of a supportive culture that values your contributions and personal growth. We believe that our people are the heart of our success, and we equip our managers with the tools and resources necessary to lead effectively. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and have a passion for hospitality management, this role offers a rewarding career path with numerous benefits designed to support your health and well-being, financial stability, and work-life integration.
