The role of Food and Beverage Manager is pivotal, overseeing the management and direction of restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include managing staff through hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching to achieve brand and company standards consistently and aligned with core values. This manager also deals directly with guests for feedback, handles any complaints, and coordinates with other departments to maintain seamless service.

Job Duties
