In addition to professional growth, Red Lobster provides a competitive base salary ranging from $52,400 to $61,000 per year, achievable bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. This position requires candidates to be at least 21 years of age with management or supervisory experience of at least one year in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business settings. Preferably, candidates will have a minimum of two years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience. Obtaining or having ServSafe, local, and state certifications is important, with a bachelor’s degree preferred for consideration.
