Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years of supervisory experience in full-service restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop people
- Proficient planning and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software
- Valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Lead and inspire the restaurant team to meet and exceed performance standards
- Develop a trusting atmosphere for feedback from team members and guests
- Coach and manage staff performance according to company policy
- Serve customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently with enthusiasm
- Ensure quality food and a clean restaurant environment
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-quality team members
- Achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, and operations
