Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more years of supervisory experience in full-service restaurant industry preferred
  • Ability to lead, motivate, train and develop people
  • Proficient planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS software
  • Valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and inspire the restaurant team to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Develop a trusting atmosphere for feedback from team members and guests
  • Coach and manage staff performance according to company policy
  • Serve customers courteously, quickly, and efficiently with enthusiasm
  • Ensure quality food and a clean restaurant environment
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-quality team members
  • Achieve financial objectives through effective management of people, product, and operations
