Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management or supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • regular access to personal vehicle
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and push/pull up to 90 lbs
  • clear speech and good hearing
  • clear vision with or without corrective lenses

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
  • proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties

  • Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
  • ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed
  • recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
  • maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
  • responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
  • ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
  • respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
