Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- regular access to personal vehicle
- ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and push/pull up to 90 lbs
- clear speech and good hearing
- clear vision with or without corrective lenses
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems
- ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed
- recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members
- maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values
- responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant
- ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained
- respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems
