- Must be at least 21 years of age
- One or more years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- Two or more years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to work flexible hours within operating schedule
