Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience managing a restaurant or similar environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Basic computer skills for scheduling and inventory management

- Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Experience in staff training and development
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- Review applications interviewing and hiring or recommending hiring of hourly employees
- Direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules assigning tasks before during and after restaurant hours
- Drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- Provide direct and schedule FOH and BOH training
- Supervise and oversee food production and preparation consistent with recipes and procedures
- Conduct formal line Taste & Temps
- Enforce appropriate security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests
- Manage food supplies and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory
- Understand manage and practice safe food handling procedures
- Create a safe fun and clean work environment for staff consistent with core values and operational goals
