Job Requirements
- Meet physical requirements applicable to all related roles
- Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing at least 6 team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the United States

- Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
- Familiarity with fast casual restaurant operations
- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable food products
- Strong problem-solving skills and confident decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team-building skills
- Experience with scheduling and performance oversight
- Knowledge of technology tools and systems for operations and scheduling
Job Duties
- Lead and mentor team members including hiring, onboarding, and training
- Ensure operational excellence by anticipating needs and managing staff deployment
- Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Manage guest experience by maintaining brand standards and addressing feedback
- Control costs through scheduling and sales management
- Use data-driven insights to set goals, track performance, and resolve challenges
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth execution
