Top Dawg Tavern is a family-owned and operated full-service casual dining restaurant that has been delighting guests since 2013. With six locations across the southeast in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida, the restaurant has established a reputation for providing a clean, family-friendly, and relaxed dining atmosphere. Open seven days a week, Top Dawg Tavern offers both lunch and dinner services, catering to families and individuals seeking a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its local team. This salaried management position comes with significant responsibilities across service, culinary, and bar operations, ensuring each area runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in restaurant general management, supervisory roles, shift leadership, kitchen management, or similar functions within the restaurant industry. Experience with the Aloha point of sale system and ServSafe certification are considered advantageous but not mandatory. The Restaurant Manager will lead and support a diverse team consisting of servers, hosts, bartenders, department managers, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment that promotes excellent customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, preparing the restaurant for service, generating financial reports, and communicating effectively with staff and leadership to ensure seamless business operations. The manager will also play a crucial role in recruiting staff for designated departments and maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant restaurant management experience
- leadership experience in a fast-paced dining environment
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in restaurant general management, supervision, shift leadership, kitchen management or similar roles
- knowledge of Aloha point of sale system preferred
- ServSafe certification a plus

Job Duties
