The role offered is for a full-time Restaurant Manager position, an essential leadership role within Texas Roadhouse. This position oversees both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring that every guest receives an exceptional experience every time they visit. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong leadership abilities
- good problem-solving skills
- valid work authorization
- physical ability to stand for long periods and manage restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
