Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- strong leadership abilities
- good problem-solving skills
- valid work authorization
- physical ability to stand for long periods and manage restaurant operations

Job Duties
- Manage hourly employees including conducting performance evaluations coaching and discipline
- review applications interview and hire or recommend hourly employees
- direct work for employees including scheduling and task assignments
- drive sales steps of service and guest satisfaction
- provide and schedule front of house and back of house training
- supervise food production and preparation to ensure quality and compliance
- conduct formal line taste and temperature checks
- enforce security measures to maintain safety
- manage food supplies and liquor costs through inventory
- practice and manage safe food handling
- create a safe fun and clean work environment consistent with core values and goals
