The role of Restaurant Manager at Shake Shack is integral to maintaining the brand's reputation for superior service and guest satisfaction. The manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that every guest experience is memorable and consistent with the company’s standards. The ideal candidate will bring 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, possess a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security, and exhibit aptitude for coaching and driving team performance. Financial acumen is essential to oversee budgets and drive profitability. This position may require flexible work hours to meet the demands of the restaurant industry.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level
  • Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
  • Food handler certification preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
