Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is a rapidly expanding restaurant chain in the United States known for its dedication to serving exceptional chicken finger meals, which they proudly refer to as their 'One Love.' As a fast-growing leader in the casual dining sector, Raising Cane's combines quality food with a vibrant culture centered on a Work Hard. Have Fun. philosophy. The company has earned a reputation for having a great Crew and a dynamic work environment, making it an attractive employer for individuals passionate about the food service industry. With projections to become a Top 10 Restaurant Brand in the country, Raising Cane's offers an exciting and growth-oriented workplace for prospective employees.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's is crucial, as it involves supporting the Restaurant Leader in managing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring the highest standards of service quality and workplace culture are upheld. This full-time position offers an initial pay range starting at $18 per hour, with competitive pay and monthly bonuses as additional incentives. Restaurant Managers play a vital role on the front lines, working closely with their team to drive operational success, maintain cleanliness and safety protocols, oversee shift management, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include acting as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling with accountability, enforcing company policies, and directing crewmembers during shifts. The role demands a high level of physical activity, such as extended periods of walking, standing, lifting, and bending, and occasionally working both indoors and outdoors under varying temperature conditions. The environment involves interacting with food products, allergens, industrial kitchen equipment, and commercial cleaning agents, which requires adherence to personal protective protocols.
Beyond operational management, the Restaurant Manager fosters a positive and motivational workplace by utilizing a reward and recognition program for the team, authorizing employee functions, and ensuring the restaurant facility’s maintenance and cleanliness. The position offers the opportunity to build leadership skills in staffing, scheduling, cost management, and customer relations while working in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.
Raising Cane's also provides comprehensive benefits for full-time Restaurant Managers, including medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage, flexible spending accounts for dependent care and healthcare, life and disability insurance, hospital indemnity, accident and critical illness plans, and a 401(k) plan with employer match for employees aged 21 and older. Additional perks include access to financial advisors for budgeting and retirement planning, a gym membership program, tuition reimbursement, an assistance program, and even pet insurance.
In addition to the benefits package, Raising Cane's offers perks like weekly pay (with variation depending on location), paid time off and sick time, eight paid holidays per year, early closures for company events, casual work attire, and employee discount programs to enhance the overall work experience.
Joining Raising Cane's as a Restaurant Manager means becoming part of a passionate team dedicated to quality, growth, and customer satisfaction. It is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a dynamic career in the restaurant industry with a company committed to employee development, culture, and long-term success.
