The open position is for a full-time Shack Management role at the Ladue Crossing location. This role is pivotal in managing daily restaurant operations while ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service quality. Team leadership and development are essential elements of the role, as managers are responsible for training staff across all facets of Shack operations. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume and fast-paced setting, with a solid understanding of operational standards including food planning, personnel management, purchasing, and regulatory compliance. They will be adept at coaching, motivating, and managing teams to achieve excellence in hospitality. Leadership duties extend beyond the restaurant floor, including promoting the Shake Shack brand in the local community via events and word-of-mouth marketing. Compliance with sanitation and safety regulations is mandatory, reflecting the company’s dedication to providing a safe and clean environment for guests and employees alike.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
  • working knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security
  • willingness to work flexible hours
