Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years in management position
  • minimum 21 years of age
  • strong self-discipline and leadership ability
  • pleasant and polite manner
  • neat and clean appearance
  • ability to motivate employees
  • good time management and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • good communication skills for diverse staff and customers
  • ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work up to 60 hours per week
  • must be present and available throughout scheduled shifts
  • must have a working phone number on file
  • able to work minimum 45 hours per week with flexible hours
  • must have reliable transportation
  • must maintain open-door policy with staff

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • college degree preferable
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • possess State of Wisconsin Food Manager Certificate (ServSafe preferred)
  • local bartender’s (Class D Operator’s) or local manager’s (Class B Operator’s) license
  • bilingual a plus
  • age minimum 21 years
  • reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • assist in all restaurant activities as necessary
  • ensure all activities align with restaurant goals
  • supervise team members to meet job responsibilities and expectations
  • conduct weekly in-store manager meetings to review performance
  • motivate employees to work as a team to meet food and service standards
  • handle operational challenges and recommend solutions
  • maintain open-door policy with staff
  • manage scheduling and ensure presence during shifts
  • oversee compliance with food safety and licensing requirements
  • coordinate travel to other company stores when necessary
