The role currently available at The Counter is tailored for an experienced restaurant operator with a passion for leading and managing a high-volume, full-service casual dining environment. The position requires candidates who have 2 to 3 years of experience in restaurant management, particularly skilled in various areas including culinary oversight, safety protocols, sanitation standards, human resources, facility maintenance, and exceptional customer service. Job Requirements
