Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience in a restaurant environment or food industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to handle financial reporting and cost controls
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage human resources functions including performance management, scheduling, policy communication and enforcement, recruitment, selection, discipline, coaching, and training
  • Conduct performance appraisals
  • Maintain inventory control, forecast productivity, oversee financial reporting, and control cost of sales and labor
  • Attain financial targets
  • Execute local marketing campaigns and new promotions
  • Manage daily cash deposits and resolve cash discrepancies
  • Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Monitor competitors’ promotions, trends, and growth
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and handle customer issues
  • Ensure product quality and adherence to Pizza Hut standards
  • Order products and maintain supplier relationships
  • Assist the District Manager in market activities
