Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in a restaurant environment or food industry
- Prior management experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to handle financial reporting and cost controls
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Manage human resources functions including performance management, scheduling, policy communication and enforcement, recruitment, selection, discipline, coaching, and training
- Conduct performance appraisals
- Maintain inventory control, forecast productivity, oversee financial reporting, and control cost of sales and labor
- Attain financial targets
- Execute local marketing campaigns and new promotions
- Manage daily cash deposits and resolve cash discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Monitor competitors’ promotions, trends, and growth
- Maintain high levels of customer service and handle customer issues
- Ensure product quality and adherence to Pizza Hut standards
- Order products and maintain supplier relationships
- Assist the District Manager in market activities
