The role of Restaurant Manager at Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is a full-time position based on-site, offering a competitive salary ranging between $53,000 and $60,000 per year, along with bonus pay opportunities. This role is integral to leading daily operations excellence within the restaurant and supporting the broader management team, primarily under the direction of the General Manager. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the selection, development, and performance coaching of all hourly team members, including shift leaders and key hourly managers.

The Restaurant Manager's duties include ensuring that the restaurant meets its service standards, that guests leave satisfied and happy, and that operational goals are consistently achieved. This involves training and coaching staff on service expectations, delegating responsibilities efficiently to meet service and financial targets, and closely monitoring product and labor costs to stay within budget. Job Duties
