One of Connors Steak & Seafood’s most exciting developments is the upcoming opening of a new restaurant scheduled for February 2025, although this date is subject to change. As part of the expansion, potential team members will initially undertake a 4 to 8 week development period at one of the company’s existing locations. Development sites include cities such as Sarasota and Fort Myers in Florida, Alpharetta in Georgia, and Huntsville in Alabama, providing diverse environments and operational experiences to prepare for the new opening.

The role currently open is a full-time management position responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing team performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, and assisting with recruitment, retention, and development of staff members to build a strong, customer-focused team. This managerial role is designed for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and who are dedicated to hospitality excellence and leadership.
