Job Requirements

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • one to two years of related work experience
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • strong comprehension for reading and implementing policies and procedures
  • knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training
  • physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs, bend, stand continuously, and mobility to cover all areas of outlets
  • ability to work in environments with varying temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • More than two years of post high school education
  • one to two years of employment in a related position within this company or similar organizations
  • excellent oral communication skills
  • strong comprehension abilities for interpreting instructions and policies
  • knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training purposes

Job Duties

  • Manage the human resources within the department
  • direct and oversee recruitment and development of employees
  • hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel staff
  • conduct performance and salary reviews
  • resolve conflict according to fair treatment policy
  • discipline and terminate as appropriate
  • develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives
  • implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitary regulations
  • market the food and beverage outlets and develop menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations
  • manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
  • respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
