The Restaurant Manager position at The Hotel Landing offers a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the exceptional food and beverage services that define the property’s high standards. This full-time managerial role involves planning and managing the restaurant, room service, and other dining outlets to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and government regulations. Job Requirements
- More than two years of post high school education
- one to two years of related work experience
- excellent oral communication skills
- strong comprehension for reading and implementing policies and procedures
- knowledge of food safety and chemicals for training
- physical ability to lift 20-40 lbs, bend, stand continuously, and mobility to cover all areas of outlets
- ability to work in environments with varying temperatures

Job Duties

- develop, recommend, implement and manage the department's annual budget, business and marketing plans, forecasts, and objectives
- implement and manage all company programs to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and sanitary regulations
- market the food and beverage outlets and develop menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations, and presentations
- manage maintenance and sanitation of food and beverage areas and equipment
- respond to customer needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure quality experience and enhance future sales prospects
