Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Minimum 2 years family, fast-food, or casual dining experience preferred
  • Knowledge of company policies and health and safety laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Physical ability to stand for entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform duties requiring bending and reaching
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Availability to maintain professional appearance and presentation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Supervise staff in accordance with company policies and laws
  • Recruit, interview, and train employees
  • Assign and direct work
  • Appraise performance and reward or discipline employees
  • Coach and mentor team members to achieve success and guest satisfaction
  • Model professional and hospitable behavior
  • Assist team members with their duties as needed
  • Execute corporate and local marketing programs to build store sales
  • Champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
  • Maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
  • Greet guests and resolve food quality or service issues
  • Maintain efficient operations with cost control and profit management
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, health, safety codes, and company policies
  • Enforce safe work behaviors
  • Monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
  • Control day-to-day operations including cash and security procedures
  • Manage food and labor costs through inventory and scheduling
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
