The Restaurant Manager role at Legendary Leadership Group is a pivotal position centered on leading and inspiring both the service and culinary teams to deliver the ultimate steakhouse experience every guest deserves each and every time. The Restaurant Manager is the heartbeat of the restaurant’s operations, responsible for bringing our unique culture to life with a positive attitude and a strong passion for exceeding the standard. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams
  • Commitment to upholding company standards
  • Availability to work on-site according to business needs
