Asia Live is a vibrant Asian cuisine restaurant located in the Westfield Valley Fair Mall of Silicon Valley, set to open in spring 2026. It represents the pioneering expansion of the renowned China Live San Francisco brand. Spanning an impressive 12,000 square feet, Asia Live will feature a unique open kitchen concept, allowing diners to witness the culinary craft in real-time. The role of Restaurant Manager at Asia Live is pivotal to its operational success. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Asian cuisine or high-volume dining environments
  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in inventory management and budget control
  • knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
