  • minimum of 2 years experience in the fast casual, full-service or hospitality industries
  • stable work history
  • career minded and goal orientated
  • proven team leader
  • daily hands on experience in front of house and back of house operations
  • ability to work and create a fun, fast paced guest driven environment

Job Duties

  • Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
  • analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
  • creating and executing staff development
  • coaching and leading your team throughout the shift
  • recruiting, training and motivating staff
  • ensuring that all employees team members adhere to the companys standards
  • greeting guest and doing table visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
