Job Description
This job posting is for a Restaurant Manager position at a Jack in the Box restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. It is important to note that this independent franchisee, and not Jack in the Box Inc., will be your employer if you are hired. Job Requirements
- Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- must be available to work any day and time, especially weekends and holidays
- self-starter who takes initiative
- ability to manage a fast-paced environment
- commitment to high quality customer service and team development
- physical ability to handle restaurant workload
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications

- experience in restaurant management or customer service preferred
Job Duties
- Set customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
- model a guest comes first attitude with friendliness and positivity
- ensure all orders are timely, quality, and accurate
- respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and complaints
- create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
- recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
- maintain restaurant cleanliness by following cleaning and maintenance procedures
- use management tools to analyze operational and financial performance
- focus on increasing sales and profitability
- monitor costs to adhere to budgets and goals
