Jack in the Box is a leading fast-food restaurant brand known for its commitment to providing high-quality food, excellent customer service, and a safe and clean dining environment. The franchisee operates this restaurant as part of a nationally recognized chain, offering popular menu options and a welcoming environment for all guests.

This hourly position offers a competitive wage of $22 to $27 per hour, with the potential to earn an annual bonus of up to $8,000 based on performance. This includes recruiting, selecting, training, developing, and evaluating restaurant employees with a focus on staff development and promoting internal candidates for higher-level roles such as Team Leader and Assistant Manager.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining restaurant cleanliness both inside and out by following strict cleaning and maintenance protocols, utilizing management tools to monitor operational and financial performance, and managing costs to ensure alignment with budget and goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be a proactive self-starter who takes initiative, possess good organizational and planning capabilities, and maintain integrity and ethical behavior in all aspects of the position.
