The Restaurant Manager role involves both leadership and operational responsibilities. You will lead your LongHorn team by developing talent and inspiring a performance-driven culture. It is essential to have a proven ability to cultivate team growth, implement systems and processes that enhance execution, and maintain a stable work history demonstrating upward career progression. Preferably, candidates should have current, salaried management experience.

This position offers variable pay dependent on location and includes a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance and reward hard work. Our benefits include weekly pay, balanced schedules with at least one weekend off per month, and additional vacation and flex time based on tenure. You will also receive extra pay when working six days a week and be eligible for quarterly performance bonuses that reflect the success of your restaurant. In recognition of family time, our restaurants close on Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Prior management experience in the restaurant industry preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Commitment to upholding company culture and standards
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Proven ability to develop teams and inspire a performance-driven culture
Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
Stable working history demonstrating upward career progress
Current salaried management experience preferred
