Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training and leadership responsibilities

- experience with cost control and inventory management
- understanding of labor law compliance

- strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- cost control, food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- oversee staff before, during and after service
- provide training and coaching of standards
- shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- ensure labor law compliance
- perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- coach and motivate team to support and align with company culture and business needs
- implementing specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
