This position requires managing opening and closing duties and playing a vital role in motivating and coaching the team to align with the company's culture and business goals. Implementing specials and marketing initiatives, assisting with interviewing and orienting new team members are also key functions of this managerial role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $60,255 to $70,655 annually, dependent on experience and education. Training pay is provided at an hourly wage between $23.65 and $27.73, with overtime paid according to Oregon Overtime laws during training periods. Upon successful completion of training, managers receive a 2% salary increase, and there are opportunities for annual raises based on job performance reviews. This role is ideal for someone with at least two years of experience as a server or bartender, preferably with training and leadership responsibilities. The manager should embody a positive and approachable demeanor, work collaboratively with the team, and be motivated to succeed and grow within the company. Working hours typically range from 46 to 49 hours per week, reflecting the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the restaurant hospitality industry.
