Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations
- ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 60 pounds
- consistent attendance on assigned shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast food or restaurant management preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- train and coach team members on food and chicken order processes
- run daily shifts efficiently
- forecast labor needs and manage crew schedules
- adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- supervise product production and inventory stocking
- maintain prompt and regular attendance
- promote integrity and the culture of High Noon Popeyes
- interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers
- work multiple stations as needed
- manage physical demands such as lifting, carrying, and operating registers
