Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years management experience
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • reliable and dependable work ethic
  • basic computer proficiency

Job Qualifications

  • Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
  • background in quick service restaurants preferred
  • experience in hospitality or retail industries is acceptable
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to set goals and develop action plans
  • proven track record of achieving business targets

Job Duties

  • Run a profitable restaurant
  • ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
  • work with Department Managers to set and achieve goals
  • provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
  • manage staffing and scheduling to optimize restaurant operations
  • lead the team toward achieving business and customer satisfaction objectives
