Job Requirements
- At least 2 years management experience
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours
- strong organizational skills

- basic computer proficiency
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience at high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail industries is acceptable
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to set goals and develop action plans
- proven track record of achieving business targets
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with Department Managers to set and achieve goals
- provide coaching and direction to improve departmental performance
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- manage staffing and scheduling to optimize restaurant operations
- lead the team toward achieving business and customer satisfaction objectives
