This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA. While the franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, it operates as an independent company with its own management, staff, and employment policies. This distinction means that the franchisee is solely responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, and McDonald's USA is not involved in these matters. If you are hired, your employment contract will be with the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to lead and develop a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous general manager experience running high volume locations
- background in quick service restaurants preferred
- experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- proven leadership and team management skills
- ability to set and achieve goals
- effective coaching and communication abilities
Job Duties
- Run a profitable restaurant
- ensure the restaurant meets McDonald's customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- work with the leader to set and achieve restaurant goals
- lead and coach Department Managers to improve their departments
- help set goals for Department Managers and follow up on progress
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers
- supervise day-to-day restaurant operations
